Discipleship journey commenced by Penrallt

Well, this is it! The discussion is concluded, the decision is made, our comfortable congregation is embarking on a journey of Discipleship, at Penrallt (its Welsh, say it as you find it but learn how to get your tongue around that 'll' when you visit us). We are blessed with many very bright and highly educated folk, plus a big group of students from the nearby university, we'd value your prayers as we embark on…

Hello Remgio,

It would be a real pleasure to visit but as I live in North Wales (part of the UK) that seems unlikely to be a realistic possibility. I'm 65 and deacon with responsibility for discipleship at Penrallt Baptist Church Bangor, I have two married children one of whom walks with the the Lord I still pray for the other who turned his back on God several years ago. I am sure however that eventually he and his wife will turn to God. What a joy that will be!

To give you an idea of the Penrallt church; it is peopled by a wide age range of folk largely middle class professionals we also have a good number of students as the city of Bangor is a University city.

The church has a web site. www.penrallt.org if you are interested to see more about us.
