Develop a process that meets every member of the church and helps them to go into a disciple who makes disciples. 2 Timothy 2:2 "these things you have heard from me, entrust to faithful men who can teach others also" Paul refers to four generations of disciples in this verse. We settle for many one, that is if we disciple the people who we baptize, but since very few of them regularly share Jesus or even know unbelievers, the claim that we disciple them is weak at best.
